Flipped Classroom

Flipped classroom benefits:

Having a flipped classroom

Expectations

Reinforcing expectations:

As you enter the last quarter of the school year coming back from spring break, it is often necessary to revisit expectations.  As opposed to doing it the same way here is an idea.

Have fun with it.

Step One: Have a list of your expectation available.
Step Two: Go to www.wingclips.com  or www.movieclips.com . Explore the sites.
Step Three: List out your expectations and find a video clip that would reinforce your expectations for the beginning of 4th Quarter.
Movie clips are listed by theme.  Watch video clips and identify ones that would be appropriate to reinforce a concept/expectation you wish to reinforce.

After showing the video, discuss with students how the clip focuses on classroom expectations.
Several of the videos can be related to several concepts.  You may want to frame discussions such as :

How do you see the video as a reflection of  (expectation).
